Terms and Conditions for Sales

   •   You are aware and accept the shipping costs before confirming your order.

   •   If you are ordering in Colorado, you are aware and are accepting that state and local taxes may apply.

Payment

By ordering you have agreed to pay in full the purchase price of merchandise ordered, shipping costs, and local taxes. We will not ship any merchandise that is not paid for in full, as it is still owned by ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC.
All items are available to purchase at the price shown. We do not price match with other vendors.

Local Taxes

ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC is headquartered in Vail, Colorado. Please note state and local taxes will apply in this area and are the customer's responsibility.

ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC has the right to update information and pricing on our products without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders due to lack of stock. ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC does not price match or adjust pricing in the event of a sale.

Return Policy

We try our best to work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied. However, we will only refund within the first 30 days of your order. Please contact sales@clothesknit.com. Unfortunately we cannot return used items. Please note that only the purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded and original shipping fees will not. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to have a tracking number and insurance when sending your package back, as ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC is not responsible for any lost return packages or merchandise that is damaged during shipping.

Exchanges

Only full price merchandise is eligible for an exchange. In the case of an exchange, please e-mail sales@clothesknit.com to ensure an exchange is possible before sending your merchandise back.

Damaged Items

Should your items arrive damaged, please contact sales@clothesknit.com within 14 days of their arrival. We will replace or refund damaged items and assume shipping costs associated with said decision.

Please note we are unable to refund, exchange, or replace ordered items if you do not contact us within the first 30 days of your order arriving. Please contact sales@clothesknit.com.

Sale items may not be returned.

Cancellations

We are people too, so we try to do our best to work with our customers. If you need to cancel an item, please e-mail sales@clothesknit.com immediately.

Shipping

We ship all packages through USPS. If you need a faster method, please e-mail us and we are happy to accommodate. If your package is shipped and for any reason undeliverable to your address, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay to have your items reshipped once they have been returned to us.

Donation items

ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC is a clothing company that donates a knit beanie to someone in need for each item sold. ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC reserves the right to donate items at any time before or after purchase to third party choice of ClothesKnit Clothing, LLC.
